We offer setup on turf, dry grass, concrete, pavers and sport courts. We do not setup on rocks, gravel, muddy grass or sand.

We do not allow face paint, shoes, paper confetti, silly strings, smoke bombs, sharp objects, food or drinks on the equipment. Adult supervision is required.

Soft Play equipment is suited for crawlers through preschool years

The weather can be unpredictable at times. To ensure the safety of your kiddos, and protect the integrity of our equipment, we will not set up outdoors if there is rain in the forecast. It is highly recommended that an alternative location is secured in case of inclement weather.

We do not accept requests for refund in case of inclement weather. Any reschedules/cancellations will have to be made prior to the date of the event.

Cancellations and the 50% deposit is non-refundable but are fully transferable as credit for a future date. This credit is valid for a full year from your event date.

Our base rate for delivery starts at $65 , for minor setup locations within 10 miles from 22191. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions regarding delivery or are in need of an estimate.

If needed, generators can be rented separately for an additional fee. Generator rentals are typically necessary in areas in which electrical power is not available on event grounds.

All rentals will be sanitized and disinfected before and after each use. Tot Fest Co. only use commercial - grade disinfectant and sanitizing products.
