BOOKING DEPOSIT: A non-refundable 50% deposit of your grand total is required to secure your preferred date. The remaining amount is due 5 - days prior to your event.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The non-refundable 50% deposit is due to book the event date. The deposit in non-refundable if you need to cancel. Request for refund is not accepted.

WEATHER CLAUSE: If weather conditions cause a change in your event, Tot Fest Co. will issue a rain check if contacted prior to set up. All cancellations and raincheck are fully transferable and may be rescheduled fro another date within 12 months of the original booking. An indoor contingency plan is recommended.

CHOKING HAZARD/ INJURIES WARNING: Kiddos can choke or suffocate on broken items or uninflated balloons. Adult supervision is required AT ALL TIMES. Tot Fest Co. is not liable for any harm or injury due to balloons or rental equipment once they are installed. Client assumes the risk of injury related to balloons and party rental equipment. Broken and / or deflated item should be removed immediately to avoid any injuries.
